Peter Marmerstein, Board Member
Peter Marmerstein is an experienced healthcare executive and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the 758 bed, two-campus CJW Medical Center. Mr. Marmerstein’s background includes over 33 years’ experience as a hospital administrator in a range of diverse settings across the country. He has served as an engaged member of the community and an active board member in a variety of community charitable organizations. He has, likewise, represented hospitals throughout Florida in various emergency medical and trauma system advisory councils.
Mr. Marmerstein is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Policy, Planning and Administration from New York University.
As the CEO of CJW Medical Center, Mr. Marmerstein continues his civic engagement by serving on the boards of John Tyler Community College Foundation, Richmond CenterStage, the Virginia Chapter of the American Heart Association, and the Johns Cancer Foundation. He is also a member of the Midlothian Rotary Club.
Mr. Marmerstein lives in Midlothian with his wife, Jodi.
